Has Universitaly opened for international applicants to the University of Turin?

I received an admission email from the university two weeks ago, but they told me to wait until they inform me that the Universitaly pre-enrolment process has opened.

I also have another question: has there been any news regarding the results of the "Talent4 UniTO" scholarship at the same university?
