Autoimmune disorder and general anesthesia

Hi everyone! I currently have a grade 3 prolapse. My surgery is robotic arm laparoscopic this Wednesday. I also have two autoimmune conditions - hives and alopecia areata. Has anyone had their AID really flare up post surgery?

My OB said the surgery itself is two hours and it is outpatient with Tylenol for pain management. My understanding is that it’s minimally invasive and comparable to when I had my tubes taken out three years ago.

I’m just experiencing the normal pre-op nerves and now I’m wondering if I’ll have any flare ups due to anesthesia. 😭😭😭

Took me awhile but I did it!

I had some collections fall off from when I was married 7 years ago to someone who had a hard time with managing money. I got officially divorced 6 years ago, and quite a bit of our shared lines of credit and medical debt went to collections. I worked weekends for almost half a decade to pay off debt; It took me a long time, but I finally have no late payments on my credit report!
