Need help with higher education studies, especially those in Psychology AND those in Applied Foreign Languages (LEA).

Hey, Im a student in France (in case there are differences in countries) I'm posting this because I'm currently in my first year of a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages (English and Chinese). I hate this degree, but the problem is that I've already repeated two years in my life: once in high school and a second time last year. I was in psychology, and I absolutely loved that degree, the subjects, etc., but the professors discouraged us by talking about the master's degree completion rates. I was discouraged from continuing down that path; I wanted to secure something at the end, so I switched to Applied Foreign Languages, but I hate it even though the degree guarantees a much better chance of having a stable job at the end. I thought it would be a language program because I love languages, but it's way too administratively focused in the end, and those are the areas I hate the most: management, accounting, administration… So I wanted to hear about the career paths of some LEA (Applied Foreign Languages) graduates to see if there are other options besides a job in business or a company, and especially those in psychology who have recently applied to master's programs, if possible. I want some guidance because we've been completely left to fend for ourselves without any information since high school, and I feel like I'm wasting my time starting over every time, but I don't want to waste my life in a field I hate :’(
