Food plan review

I consider myself to be a creature of habit, and over the summer (until mid Oct) I will be basically only eating the below while doing some general all round fitness work (cardio/light weights) and have a sedentary office job.

I would like to get some input on my meal plan which I have successfully completed the past week, all of which comes from Tesco and eaten at midday:

Mon: x4 free range cornfed chicken drumsticks x1 chicken thigh (eating skin) 600g, avocado, half a pack of Tilda Wholegrain Basmati & Wild rice (so 125g), Tesco kale, peas and tenderstem brocoli with wild garlic butter, 2 organic carrots, x4 tablespoons of full fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries/strawberries/honey added

Tues: x2 salmon fillets 260g, avocado, Tesco minted garden vegetable selection, x4 tablespoons of full fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries/strawberries/honey added

Wed: Same as Tues

Thurs: approx 200g 5% fat beef mince homemade bolognese, 250g Tilda Wholegrain Basmati & Wild rice, avocado, x4 tablespoons of full fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries/strawberries/honey added

Fri: 227g sirloin steak, 1 egg, avocado, Tesco minted garden vegetable selection, x4 tablespoons of full fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries/strawberries/honey added

Sat: Nothing set in stone but will be along same theme as prior days meals or may decide not to eat.

Sun: x4 free range cornfed chicken drumsticks x1 chicken thigh (eating skin) 600g, avocado, half a pack of Tilda Wholegrain Basmati & Wild rice (so 125g), Tesco kale, peas and tenderstem brocoli with wild garlic butter, 2 organic carrots, x4 tablespoons of full fat Greek yoghurt with blueberries/strawberries/honey added

In addition I take IM8 Daily Ultimate Essential / IM8 Daily longevity supplement / Pharma Complete Fish oil tablet and drink about 5/6 litres of water a day along side x2 coffees.

I am a complete beginner to OMAD and would like some constructive criticism for what I am consuming, as am worried that I may be missing something important for my body! I'm 6ft 2, 17st, age 39, male and am planning to do OMAD all the time going forward.
