I've tried everywhere to get one and every forum, discord, or trade app only want oak and insult you if you don't A: pay them. Or B: offer a different card other than Oak. It's driving me nuts bc I figured if I try and pull it id eventually get it but no, I'm getting nothing but Mars over and over and over again it's like the game is bugged into giving you the same card over and over again.
