3 Weeks Update!
I got my surgery on the 23rd of April (a little more than 3 weeks ago), and I feel amazing about my results! They’re still a little round, but apparently that’s inflammation that will go down over time! And even if it doesn’t end up looking completely flat, it will only motivate me to start working out to try and get those pecs looking a little more like they belong.
I’ve been using ScarAway Silicon Tape for my scars and nipples, but I took them off for these pictures. Wondering if other people treat their scars different and if anyone has any advice they wanna give about scar care. I’m excited about being able to take my shirt off in the parks this summer, but am also nervous for scar saftey. What sunscreen do you guys use, and how often do you go out into the sun?
