The title pretty much covers it. I'm a sucker for high quality scents, but sadly my wallet can't support recklessly purchasing them. Any recommendations on a reputable decanter that won't rip me off?

Guerlain, Amouage, and Byerdo are probably the top ones on my list to purchase as of now.

I currently have a small dupes collection, which is

Liquid Brun - Pretty nice, but when I first got it it smelled strongly of gingerale, now it's mellowed out and while I don't love it a ton, it's nice.

Lattafa Khamrah Qahwa - Lots of cinammon and sweetness comes through, not as much coffee as I wish.

Maison Alhambra SWY dupe - got this just a week or so ago, still waiting on maturing, but it's a deep sweet scent that I quite like already, although I don't think it really projects.

Maison Alhambra BDC dupe - got it also a week or so ago, and I like it although it doesn't project much.

Odyssey Mega - Really nice scent but it doesn't last or project. Maybe a few hours of longevity

Maison Alhambra Smoky Touch - This originally smelt like a straight up cigarette smoker, I was really upset. After a few months of maturing though it smells incredible, especially after it dries down. A sweet tobacoo scent that I sniff often.

Rayhaan Terra - This smelled rather spicy at first, and it was decent but not really something I loved. It's been a few months and it still has that spice in there and it's noticable, but it's also much smoother now, and I love to reach for it.

Lattafa Teriaq Intense - This was super strong on the sweetness when it first came, which was okay, but after a few months it now lasts an easy 12+ hours through my sleep and whatnot, and it continues to project, not just be a skin scent. Amazing performer and quite delicious smelling.

I look forward to smelling these all, I really love oud scents, just never tried a dupe of them before. I went heavy on the maison alhambra tom ford dupes because smoky touch blew me away, and I specifically went for the old bottle design listings. If any of these come in with the new bottle design (around 2 years ago I believe), I may well complain and try to return, I don't care that I'd have opened them LOL. Part of the enjoyment of a fragrance to me is the visual experience, not just the juice, even though that's really important obviously.

So far I know that I love Oud and Rich Dessert-esque fragrances, but I'm not really experienced with freshies. If anyone is familiar with Body Kouros by YSL, I absolutely adore that scent but I'm not willing to fork over $200 for it, and it's hard to find anywhere. If you have similar things, please do let me know.

I'm starting to try out more of these tropical vibes, with my eye on rayhaan aquatica some time in the future.
