Am I overreacting? I’ve been with my coach for a few years now, and I always receive feedback from my check ins on the same day. For some reason this week, I haven’t had any feedback on my check in at all and it’s been nearly five days.
I messaged my coach on the morning of my check in to let them know it was done, and they replied saying thanks, but there’s been nothing since? It’s also frustrating seeing them post frequently on Instagram while travelling and not communicating with me about the delay.
What should I do? I pay almost $400 a month in my off season. This has never happened before, so I don’t know if I should be concerned or if it’s just a once off mistake. 😐
