What are your thoughts on these? I usually use D’Addario 12s uncoated but sometimes use the XS, which I love for the longevity and the slick feel for the first month or so.

I just put some Stringjoy coated 12 lights on and… it barely feels like there’s a coating. There’s no slickness and my fingers make a loud squeaking sound on them. I gave them a shot because I’ve never tried this brand and their marketing says their coat is PFAS-free… but whatever “natural” coat they’re using definitely isn’t doing the job.
