Issue with PR Tracker
Hi everyone!
CEC inland applicant, March AOR, received BIL last week and gave Biometrics on May 11, already updated on GCKEY.
Since I received my AOR I am trying to create a PR Tracker account, but whenever I put my details I get an error and I am not able to create an account.
Moreover I tried reset password but I still get the same error.
“Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.”
Please help, I don’t even have a representative or whatsoever.
