Stuttering after ~20 min of gameplay while using GBA
I'm running luigi's mansion in the background while playing mother 3 on GBA, and the game starts to stutter roughly 20 minutes into gameplay. The only way it stops is if I fully restart my PC. The issue is the same if I play only Luigi's mansion without mother 3 running. All other games on pc are fine.
settings:
version 2606a
vsync off, dualcore enabled, direct 11, hybrid ubershaders - compile before starting
NVIDIA RTX 2060 - I updated my drivers and the issue still occurs
