Has Cakes ever been super angry on air?
I’ve been listening since 2010, and I don’t recall him ever getting really mad. Dude is just so damn jolly.

My ranking in order of awesome to annoying:
“It is what it is.” Take it behind the shed and put it to rest already.
Here’s mine: Cake shares what happened on vacation, then gets joned on for being in a box because he always goes to the same spot. Bish coughs 182 times. JP brings up the Jayden number debacle because he can’t resist an argument. EB claims Mariota being hurt doesn’t matter because he isn’t very good (even though he called him a savior last year when Jayden got hurt). We hear “if you say so” and “it is what it is” eight times before the show ends.
He’s so adamant about Jayden being in the right re: the jersey # fiasco, and it got me thinking: He gets so locked into his beliefs, has he ever actually been convinced to move off a point? I remember he spent months obsessed with Carson Wentz, and when that failed spectacularly, he basically acted like it never happened.
Junkies are Rick right now … what went down with the edited clip?
Good reporter. Passionate. Always seems like he’s out of breath while talking to Junks, lol
“Whatever. It is what it is. I dunno.”
He opened the show pissed he lost the under on last night’s preseason game. Thought it was $100 at least. It was $5 😂 Dude acts like he’s the only person who’s ever lost a bet.
He’s just so damn jolly!
I know they jone on him for it, but have they ever shown real concern? Dude does it 45 times a segment. It’s a medical issue at this point.
Genuine question
Title
He started out as a funny guy with refreshing energy, but now he feels like a caricature of himself— trying too hard to act like a tough bro and cramming every sentence with buzzwords.
Happy Friday!
EB brings the energy. Can’t deny it. He’s always the most eager to contribute, regardless of the topic. It moves the conversation forward. Makes things unpredictable.
New guests and more bits.
Enough already. He’s not Randy Moss. How many shows are you going to waste on this?
