Can't reconfigure after rearranging a mesh
I had a Fritzbox 7590 set up as a mesh master and an Fritzbox 7490 set up as a mesh repeater as part of my home mesh network - worked great.
Then I bought a new Fritzbox 7690 and made that the new mesh master and made the Fritzbox 7590 a mesh repeater as well. But now the old 7490 doesn't seem to work as I assume it is trying to use the 7590 as the master. How do I connect to the 7490 to factory reset it?
Since the 7490 was a repeater it won't give me an IP address via DHCP. I tried assigning my PC with a static IP address and connecting via both ethernet and wifi, but it can't seem to ping 192.168.178.1 or via fritz.box, nor will it let me connect to it to update the settings.
I've also tried holding down the "Connect/WPS" button on the 7690 until it flashes and doing the same on the 7490 with the "WLAN/WPS" button, but they both just seem to flash until timeout after 2minutes without syncing. I'm guessing the 7490 needs to be factory reset before it will obey this command but I don't know how else to do that.
Anyone have similar issues trying to rearrange a mesh? Any other tips of things to try to get the 7490 to factory reset? Currently the 7490 still broadcasts the SSID as the old mesh, which means my nearby devices connect to it, but because it is misconfigured it means those devices don't get internet.
