My wife filled I-130 for me back in October,2025. In January we submitted I-485 and I-765 and got an interview in April ,2025. Prior to the interview we received a denial notice stating we did not submit a signed I-130A . Do I file a motion to reopen I-290B which I heard takes times or refile the whole case . I’m being told to hire an attorney but can’t afford one right now. How do I move forward?
