I'm (33F) scheduled to get my surgery in Mexico at MBC in August. I'm currently scheduled for the sleeve. I'm currently 270lbs and 5'4". I have PCOS & IR and have read recently that Bypass is typically better for those than the sleeve. I also occassionally have heart burn and acid reflux if I eat certain foods and I've read that can get worse with the sleeve. I want to make sure I'm making the right choice and avoid a revision later. An extra $1,100 now could save me thousands of dollars from a revision later on. I also heard I'd lose more weight with a bypass?
