Hey guys, I need some help with my laptop.

I’m using an MSI Bravo 15 C7V, and I’ve been having overheating issues when gaming or whenever the laptop gets hot. It seems like the fan isn’t working properly — it feels like it’s throttling or not spinning enough, and it makes a loud noise, which causes a big drop in performance.

I’ve already had the laptop deep cleaned and the thermal paste replaced, but the problem is still there.

I’m also not sure if this model has one or two fans, so I’m a bit confused about whether only one is faulty or if both are affected. If it has two fans, should I replace both of the fan or what.

Any advice or troubleshooting suggestions would really help. Thanks!
