Hello everyone, I hope you’re enjoying a beautiful spring surrounded by your favorite flowers.

I wanted to ask if any of the elders have any health advice for someone who smokes on a daily basis.

Me M31 been using the flower for over a decade, and I started noticing that, aside from the obvious tolerance, I’d also begun to develop poor circulation and my feet were starting to feel numb. So I started doing 40 minutes of aerobic exercise in my room every day, and I’m feeling the positive effects. It’s even become a habit for me to light up my bong before exercising, and now it’s become a motivator.

But that got me wondering: besides exercise, do you know of any health-related tips regarding the flowers? For example, I read somewhere that ginger tea helps clear the lungs. And I use a water bong that I change the water in every day to help a little.

PD. I want to clarify that I’m aware that no smoke entering the lungs is healthy, and that despite the benefits the flower may have, I know it’s harmful to my lungs.
