I'm building agentic user testing. Ask me anything about user testing, usability validation, or pre-launch testing
I'm one of the founders of Jurny and I’ve been working on AI agents that interact with software like users do. The idea started after seeing how much product validation still depends on manual testing, bug bashes, gut instinct, or waiting for production analytics after something ships.
We’ve spent a lot of time thinking about questions like:
- Can AI actually behave like different kinds of users?
- What makes someone abandon a flow versus push through it?
- How do teams validate UX when they’re shipping constantly?
- What kinds of product issues only appear when someone uses software “wrong”?
A lot of the interesting work has honestly been around human behavior more than AI itself.
Would love to chat about:
- AI agents
- product/UX testing
- startup life
- weird behaviors we’ve seen
- release processes
- where software validation is heading
- what has and hasn’t worked
