M23 - no prescription medication

I’m coming down from a cold and have been taking regular paracetamol but no other meds besides that, however I just noticed that this part of my foot is slightly more bigger than my other foot and I was unsure if my whole foot is also slightly swollen?
It feels a little off and i’m worried it’s something serious?

I know the photo doesn’t do much to help but any advice would be appreciated!
