Looking for safe way to mount a cow bell to tire tap over a jump.

First thought was to hang it from a rope but someone said it could get caught on bike and cause a crash

Second idea was to anchor from some sort of arm support and then to ground with a bungle cord type thing with bell in the middle to keep it somewhat in place

Third idea was to anchor it to the tree with some sort of spring.

Cowbell is about 7” long x 4” wide.

Any input would be appreciated
