I used to make the sushi rice from Serious Eats many years ago and it was great.

I recently went to look up the recipe and noticed that some people commented and said the recipe has been changed since the original version that was by Kenji, and they noted the new ratios are terrible/off.

I was wondering, does anyone have the original recipe ingredients/ratios from before the change?
