[HIRING] Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator for Home Service Business in Los Angeles (PST Timezone)

Hi everyone,

I’m hiring a virtual assistant / operations coordinator to help with the day-to-day operations of my residential cleaning business.

The role will mainly involve scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, responding to client texts, confirming appointments with cleaners, confirming details with clients, and helping keep the daily schedule organized. You’ll also help with general admin tasks, following up with leads, and making sure both clients and cleaners have the information they need.

A full training manual will be provided, so you do not need prior cleaning business experience, although prior experience is beneficial. The most important things are strong English communication, reliability, attention to detail, and being comfortable handling calls/texts professionally.

Pay: $3 per hour
Payment method: Wise
Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday
Work type: Remote

  • Able to follow systems and use a training manual
