I created a heartbreaker build and it doesn't work consistently. I think it's supposed to build on your armor using pulsed enabled weapons and target hits, but I find it doesn't do much half the time. I'm hitting the enemy and there's no armor bonus. I guess the point is that you consistently shoot and hit the enemies and maintain your armor bonus. Is that correct?
