Short and simple - You ain't getting placed until you are a dih sucker
I know there are a few hard working students who did put in their efforts to get placed and i respect you for that.
But I have seen this multiple times with different companies, if a company arrives on campus then it's only exclusive to the placement cell members or the students who are experts in the art of sucking.
Not just this supposedly you do get the mail to apply for the placement then they make sure that irrespective of how much effort you put into your projects, studies and resume they are gonna put those certain set of dih sucking creatures in that list with you or without you.... And then suddenly one day you get a mail congratulating those mfs (yep no tech round, no interviews for them just the art of sucking).
One more thing these guys are experts in removing your name from final selected students just to put up the names of their dih suckers.
Also if they tell you companies are coming then trust me they are not, cos if i have worked on my technical degree then there is no friken way I'm settling for a non tech role just because you can place your dih lover in the company he/she wants.
