Hi all! I’m having some calibration issues (I think).
I am trying to print a business card on my F2 and they are coming out crooked. I have used both a jig as well as the base with the L bracket screwed in to ensure the card itself is straight. I have tried different designs and all have the same result. When framing you can clearly see it is crooked by maybe 1/8th of an inch or so on one side.
I have calibrated it several times making sure the red dot is exactly in the center of the blue dot each time. I also make sure the prints on the calibration sheet are lined up as perfect as I can get them.
I did adjust the red dot when I did my first calibration by loosening the screws (as per the instructions) and moving it over because they were not aligned after calibration. Originally the red dot was in line with the blue dot. They are supposed to be on top of each other, correct?
Table and machine are completely level. Card was sitting flat and flush on the jig as well as the regular base. When I do an auto focus it gets the 0.8 mm measurement correct. When it is just the base with nothing on it, the auto focus measures 0.0mm.
