Billing data captured through incoming emails is being successfully received and recorded in Oracle NetSuite; however, a significant portion of this data is not populating in the ACS / 3-Way Billing reports.

While some bills captured via email are appearing correctly in the reports, the majority, despite being present in NetSuit are not being reflected in the relevant ACS / 3-Way Billing reporting outputs.

Has anyone here experienced a similar issue, I’d appreciate hearing how you identified the root cause and what steps you took to resolve it.
