Can nontoothy nep species get striped peristomes?

I originally thought it was just veitchii and mollis and whatnot that got striped peristomes because they were known for them, but now im noticing it on other species. Could it just be a slight variation in color on the peristome within 2 colors like the regular peristome color (generally reddish) and green?

Can all nontoothy ones do this?

Are these still alive and can i save them?

The one with two leaves is a ventricosa and its been like this for months, how has it not died?
The other one is a bloody mary and i see it has a few dying growth points and one with most of it intact. What should i do?
