So I’ll be starting my classes close to FC road so am looking for a spacious 1RK or a decent 1BHK for two people close by like 15-25mins as in 7-8km vicinity of FC road

1. A comfortable budget would be around 12-15k
2. Furnished unfurnished doesn’t really matter
3. Just located in a decent area
4. Has decent amenities (water filter)
5. And a bit loose on restrictions (in-time and all)

If you have any suggestions or opinions about where I should be looking are appreciated
