I (M) did two SA’s in january and april, the results were not that great as 3,5 months life style changes did not help that much. My latest results

Concentration: 14m/ml
Total sperm count: 112 m
Progressive motility: 23%
Total motility: 37%
Morphology: 1%
So overall these values are not totally bad and natural pregnancy is possible. The question is about drinking alcohol with these numbers. I’m going to have few nights within next month (4 nights) where the idea was to drink heavily (+12 beers). After May I would not touch alcohol at all so this month is one off. So how harmful this kind of binge drinking is to my already low results? Some say that the affect is low and not to worry and others say that one night heavy drinking takes me back 3 months.
