Hey all, I just had a fistulotomy 4 days ago. I have been struggling to pass stool easily even with stool softeners, water and fiber.

I get the urge to go constantly but it’s a nightmare to get it out. Today was the worst however and post the final bowel movement there seems to be a small piece of flesh hanging out, well feels like it. People are telling me it could just be skin tag or healing tissue as it does not hurt at all.

Has anyone had the same
