Judge my Workout Routine
Hello, I want my workout to be judged to see if I can do anything better. I do two times to failure and just on push, pull, upper, I do 30 minutes of cardio and for leg and lower day, I do abs. My rest days are Thursday and Sunday. Also my goal is to lose weight but get stronger. I am currently 180lbs and want to be 160lbs. Thank you.
