Partial Epilepsy
My neurologist always told me i have partial epilepsy but never revealed what kind of seizures i had.
I suspect it is a focal aware, but let me describe it here and i will let y’all decide:
Sometimes it starts with a feeling in my stomach (like a falling sensation)
After that i start zoning out.
Next my muscles start cramping and lightly shaking. In this process my breathing gets impacted, sometimes to a point my wife and kids come running to me. Legs,arms,back, chest, everything cramps on/off. Usually i am drenched in sweat afterwards.
It usually lasts 30 sec to maybe a minute or 2.
During this process i am usually completely conscious. I hear what people around me say, i just do not register what to make of it.
About 3 times now i passed out directly after, only to come back seeing wife and kids standing around me.
After all this i am exhausted.
I can often feel it coming and go to bed early, which seems to help.
This used to be a daily occurrence and even around the same time 6pm-9pm.
Neurologist kept increasing dosage and now it seems to be somewhat under control.
What would you make of this?
