I've harvested first flush about 5 days ago, added around 700ml water to rehydrate 2 days ago then took away excess water yesterday wandering if I'm doing anything wrong or if I need to do something :)

Two mushrooms out my harvest have these funny knobs coming out the top wandering what they are? If anyone knows or what could've caused it and for people to enjoy the weird looking shrooms
