So my store manager is telling all my coaches and TLs that if they have anyone on their team that has even one day closed off on their availability that they just wont be given hours and if they aren’t scheduled for 6 weeks then “we will be parting ways”

Im a college student who works weekends and is off in the middle of week. While i knew my hours being cut was a problem i wasnt expecting this kind of thing to happen.

So my TL and I are trying to figure out if this just an our store thing or if other stores are being told this.
