Good PC for simulation software development

Hi, I want to build a PC for running simulation software like CARLA, Isaac Sim, Habitat, and for AI model training.

I’m new to building a PC from scratch. How can I reduce the build cost? I need at least a 24 GB GPU to run these applications.
