SF folks (or anyone with SF connections) — I'm looking for a sublease or short-term room/apartment for 1-2 months, ideally moving in before May 18. Marina / Pac Heights / north side of the city preferred, but open to good options elsewhere.

A bit about me: AI engineer, 27, quiet, clean, non-smoker, no pets, no drinking. Stable income and happy to pay upfront. Basically the kind of subletter you forget is even there.

Budget is $2-3k/month for a private room (more if it's a whole place).
