The Acquisition Won’t Cost $56 Billion
It just occurred to me that if GameStop purchases 51% of eBay’s shares in order to perform a hostile takeover, it won’t actually cost them $56 billion to acquire eBay, cause half of the investment would go right back to GameStop.
