Hey guys, I need some advice because I’m kinda stuck.
I ordered a watch through AllChinaBuy and now it’s in the warehouse. I tried to request a refund, but the agent said the item is non-returnable, so that’s already a dead end.
The problem is: the watch has a risk warning (probably because of brand/customs issues). I contacted support and they basically said:
“We do not recommend purchasing such goods… if there are issues, it’s on you.”
But then I asked in Discord, and people told me stuff like: “Don’t worry, watches usually pass customs” “Warnings are just because of keywords” “You’ll be fine”
So now I’m confused because:
Official support = high risk ⚠️ Community = “you’re good bro” 😅
Also, I’m planning to ship clothes together with the watch, and I’m worried that if customs stops the package, I might lose everything, not just the watch. My questions:
- Has anyone actually shipped watches recently? Did it pass?
- Is it safer to ship the watch separately from clothes?
- How often do watches actually get confiscated?
- Any tips to reduce risk? (no box, declare differently, etc.)
I don’t mind taking some risk, but I don’t want to lose the whole package just to save on shipping.
Any real experiences would help 🙏
