Is being a doctor even worth it anymore?

Hey everyone, I’m feeling really lost rn.I scored 290 in my first NEET attempt and I honestly don't have the mental strength to take a drop year. I’m completely drained, moreover nta is really bad this days they are giving confusing unpredictable papers and competition is really high ..

I’m seriously considering MBBS abroad, but I’m scared w the licensing exams, the language barriers, and all the uncertainty about FMGE, I’m scared of spending so much money and hard work only to end up with no job security. Plus, everyone keeps saying the medical field is getting too competitive and salaries won't be good in the future.

Is it actually worth it? Or are there better career options for a PCB student that actually pay well? I really want to be a doctor, but I’m scared I’m making a huge mistake. Any advice would be a lifesaver.
