Hey guys, I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2bdr with a private bedroom in the Loop area starting June 1(Preferably Male). It’s a brand new building that opened up in February 2025, super clean, and about 5 min from the blue line + 8 min to the other lines.

The place is fully furnished, with in-unit laundry, fast wifi, and the roommate is really chill and easy to live with, and wants the place to stay clean. The building’s mostly college students / young professionals, so it’s a good vibe overall.
