Hello! I’m a 23 year old woman from BC and will be driving down to Seattle for the October 26th concert! I’m going to the concert alone and obviously having some anxiety about being in a different country and city alone. My mind goes worst case scenario all the time so I’m automatically thinking I’m gonna get trafficked staying at a downtown hotel alone. (I know to not tell anyone I’m alone and pretend I have someone coming to meet me).
But anyways if anyone wants to meet up before the concert let me know! Preferably a group of girls around my age but I’m open to anything haha, that would be lovely!
Also for anyone who lives in Seattle, is the area around Climate Pledge Arena a safe area for a young woman to walk around alone? I’m planning on walking to the concert and back but might take an uber home since it will be dark out. But I’m also very anxious about taking an uber alone haha, I’ve heard many stories about scary uber experiences being a single woman. Being from Canada I definitely have a less than ideal view of the US (sorry but I’m sure you understand), so any safety tips you have please let me know! It would be much appreciated:)
