I normally get a small handful of subs each season, I'd chuck them on top of some paper towel in the cupboard to dry them.

Suddenly I've got more than I can handle and searched this sub for advice and bought a dehydrater, it's a week away.

Then I fucked up. Yesterday I put them in this old Milo tin with a dessicant thingo, I open the tin today and everything was moist.
I can see what must be mold spores on a few. I've emptied the tin and separated the moldy ones.

Is the whole stash cooked? The bigger ones in the photo were picked yesterday so maybe they're alright?

TLDR is some of this still edible?
