Found a spot by my ear/hairline that looks like ringworm, any ideas for curing this?

Has anyone who owns their own business had any luck with using every door direct mail through usps? It’s a bit expensive but curious if it’s worth it and If anyone has actually gotten clients through it? Any other tips on promoting your business would also be appreciated!!
