My daughter has had mild acne since she was 7. At 9, she is now breaking out pretty moderately in her T-zone. She's always struggled with hygiene routines, but I think we're finally in a better place with this (fragrance free cleanser, moisturizer, and SPF). I spoke with her doctor today who advised she try topical clindamycin. I trust her doc, so I'm not looking for judgments on whether or not we should actually go this route. I'm looking for parents of children who have actual experience using this as a topical acne solution, and if so, what to expect.
