hola! I am new to spanish and I want to learn to communicate with people at work & my friends. What is everyone doing to learn and what is the best way?

I am majoring in Criminal Justice, and now that i am close to graduating I am unsure on what career path I want to take… If you graduated with a criminal justice degree what path did you choose?
