RFE from officer XM1320 — anyone turned it into an approval?
Recently received an RFE on my EB-1A petition from officer XM1320. Filed under 5 criteria: Critical Role, OCMS, High Salary, Scholarly Articles, and Judging. RFE came back on Critical Role, OCMS, and High Salary.
The RFE language feels proportionate to what I submitted. Critical Role and High Salary I'm reasonably confident I can address. OCMS and Final Merits Determination are where I'm expecting a real fight.
Has anyone here received an RFE from this specific officer and successfully gotten an approval? Particularly interested in how hard it was to move the needle on OCMS or FMD with this officer.
NOTE: Looking to keep this thread specific to officer XM1320 — their patterns, expectations, and what worked in responses. Generic RFE advice is useful, thanks, but that's not what I'm after here.
