I have a interview coming up for the role of Staff SoC Firmware Engineer — Core Platform Bootloader.

The role is focused on:

ROM firmware → OS entry boot chain (PBL → XBL → ABL)

Secure boot, DDR/UFS/eMMC/NVMe init, USB/PCIe bringup

C, device drivers, ARM architecture, UEFI/EDK2, U-Boot, TF-A

Would love to hear from anyone who has interviewed for a similar role at Qualcomm.

What topics did they go deepest on?

Any tips for the SD-based interviewer style specifically?
