I read a series a long while ago, and am trying to find the title of it. The protagonist was a girl who becomes a ghost, and then solves mysteries with other ghosts living in the town's supernatural society.

I can remember some details about the series, but not any names involved. Key things are:

• each book centers on a supernatural mystery,
• heroine starts as an actual ghost after dying in chapter 1.
• vampires leave their bodies and become ghosts during the day,
• love triangle between the heroine, a ghost, and a vampire in ghost form during the day.
• heroine later inhabits vampire lead's sister’s body, and becomes a vampire herself
• last book features a paranormal hunting lodge plotline
