Pregnant, waiting for appointment, cancer genetic testing positive...anxious wreck.

Okay, lots of things and lots of worries. I'm a 31F, currently 11 weeks pregnant with our second child. I have a cancer history on my paternal side (my dad died at a young age of melanoma and my aunt died young of breast cancer) My OB recommended the Empower genetic test during my annual appointment in February, before I got pregnant. At my first OB appointment in April I told her I'd like to take it and received my results on Friday. I always knew I was a higher risk, but seeing the results felt so devastating. I have a pathogenic ATM variant and RAD51C.

All this to say, it's really put me on edge and made me think if I've overlooked a previous breast concern I noticed after I was finished breastfeeding last year. I know pregnancy does all sorts of things to the breasts so I'm trying not to worry. I discussed the results with my OB over the phone and she is referring me to a genetic counselor. She is also going to look at my breast on the 18th since I'm feeling anxious.

My right under breast does feel fibrous, which isn't the case for my left breast. While I do feel movable rope like tissue, there doesn't seem to be a "lump." Yet it's much different from my left. What concerns me is the way it looks. I do have a big vein there so it's hard to tell if the dimpling is just from that or the stretch marks. Pics in comments. Pic is of breast being pulled up. Any help appreciated.
