Would love some opinions/ thoughts on this please:

Accepted an offer on our house. Survey has come back with a few issues we didnt know about which I'm happy to negotiate on depending on the buyers organising quotes for the specific works. (Currently the buyer's have asked for a blanket amount off)

However they've also included an issue that we were upfront about and told them in full before they put in their offer. Does this seem fair to ask for at this stage?

Personally, I think that as they already knew then their initial offer would have factored that in. (That's what I've done on my purchase).
